The Spanish Mortgage Association (AHE) indicates that 2016 will see improvements in lending activity and a ‘clearer’ reactivation of the Spanish mortgage market will emerge, reports Kyero. From January to September 2015 the average rate of debt stood at 11.7%, compared with 13.5% the same period last year.
